Who is responsible

The data controller for Fivem Store is @CryzZ / Fivem Store. For privacy questions, contact us on Discord using the invite linked on this page.

What we collect

We only collect what is needed to run the store, verify purchases, deliver downloads, and keep the site secure.

• Discord account details used to sign you in (Discord ID, display name, and avatar URL)
• Email address when staff link one to your account for support or delivery contact
• Account status and role information needed for access (for example customer or booster status)
• Product licences and download history tied to your account
• Reviews you choose to submit
• Basic security and session data needed to keep you signed in and block abuse

Why we use it

We process this information to:

• Create and manage your store account after Discord login
• Contact you about purchases, delivery, or support when an email is linked to your account
• Grant, show, and protect product downloads and booster rewards
• Show reviews you submit
• Detect fraud, spam, and unauthorized access
• Respond to support requests you send us

Legal basis

We process account and delivery data because it is necessary to provide the store service you request (contract).

We process security, session, and abuse-prevention data based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and users.

Where required, cookie or verification tools run with your consent or as strictly necessary for the service to work.

Cookies

We use a signed-in session cookie so you stay logged in while using the dashboard and downloads.

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are human. That can set a short-lived verification cookie.

These cookies are used to operate the site securely. We do not use them for advertising.

Who we share data with

We share data only when needed to operate the store:

• Discord, for login and account identity
• Cloudflare, for security and human verification when enabled
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the website

How long we keep it

We keep account, licence, review, and download records for as long as your account exists and the store needs them to provide access, support, and security.

If you ask us to delete your account data, we remove or anonymize what we can, except where we must keep limited records for security, dispute, or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To use these rights, contact @CryzZ on Discord. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this privacy notice when the store or the law changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
